A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for refund requests received by Aug. 1, 2012. After that, there will be no refunds for any reason.
Refunds will be credited to your credit card or sent within six weeks after they are received. Victor Ian LLC. reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker and/or session without notice.
